Usage Direction: It is recommended to sift the Matcha powder for better lather, and moisten the Chasen with warm water to soften it. Place one Matcha spoon of powder in the Chawan or tea bowl, then pour in 70cc of 80°C-100°C (185°F-boiling) water. Use the Chasen (bamboo whisk) to quickly whisk the Matcha in a "W" motion, creating a frothy lather.
