Encha offers three distinct grades of matcha, each with its own unique characteristics. Ceremonial Grade is ground from premium, first harvest leaves, yielding a delicate, smooth taste best enjoyed mixed with water. Latte Grade is crafted from standard, first harvest leaves, balanced for enjoyment with milk. Culinary Grade is made from premium, second harvest leaves, with a subtly sweet, earthy flavor ideal for cooking and baking.
