Originating from the authentic matcha birthplace of Linan in Hangzhou, our brand offers dedicated organic tea cultivation, production, and management since 1991. Rooted in the traditional tea culture and processes, we inherit the orthodox taste of China's organic matcha.

As the birthplace of Japanese matcha and organic tea, our tea gardens are situated in the lush, fog-laden forests of the Tianmu Mountain, a national nature reserve and UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve, at an elevation of around 600 meters. This zonal monsoon climate with "synchronized rain and heat" in spring and summer, and "complementary temperature and light" in autumn and winter, is highly conducive to tea tree growth.

Our tea plantations, located over 2,112 km from the Fukushima nuclear wastewater area in inland, mountainous regions far from the coast, are free from any nuclear radiation hazard. Since 1996, we have been actively promoting the standardization of organic tea garden construction and cooperating with authoritative organic product certification agencies to obtain USDA, JAS, and EC organic certifications.

To ensure product integrity, we rigorously test our matcha tea according to organic regulations, with the help of certified institutions and the trusted third-party EUROFINS lab. The tests cover heavy metals, microbes, and other organic parameters.

Our automated production line, from harvesting to powder grinding, avoids human-induced pollution, while specialized technologies, such as shade growth, stem and stalk separation, and stone grinding, enhance the quality and nutrition of our matcha. The result is a verdant, fragrant, and umami-rich ceremonial grade matcha that is over 10 times more antioxidant-rich than brewed loose-leaf green tea.
