How should I store my matcha powder? Store in an airtight container away from direct light exposure. Once open, we recommend keeping it in your fridge with the lid closed.

How long does matcha last? All of our products have an expiration date on them. If consumed past the expiry date, you may notice a change in collor and potency.

How much caffeine is in 1 serving of matcha? 1 tsp = 80 mg of caffeine. If caffeine-sensitive, use 1/2 tsp of matcha powder to start.
